Eva Evans received her bachelors from Wayne State University in  English and Education.  She received her Masters in Administration and  Psychology from Michigan State University.  Then Evans went back to get   her doctorate in Administration and Higher Education/English.
     Evans held her career together with 30 years of experience.  She worked for the Lansing School District.  Positions Lois held is deputy superintendent for instruction, deputy superintendent for support services, assistant superintendent for personnel services, director of  educational planning, director of elementary education, assistant principal of Otto Junior High School, teacher of english, and elementary  schooling.
   She was the National President, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. from 1994-1998
